First off, the leaked pics. the topic as since then died and the pics have been lost if anyone can drudge those up? preferably without the watermark.
Any official screens from when they were showing that piss yellow ODST hud would be nice too.
I also found the Pre-plubic beta video from kotaku sometime back. i can't seem to recognize that cutscene that is talking in the back round. Seems "Murder mode" Aka assassinations were supposed to be on the D-pad at one point.
Also anything from the public beta differences back in may would help too.
Alright, lets go. We need something to do since all were doing is bitching about another lawlsawnik port...

A few differences I can see, the title screen is quite different, however I think that's just because the build on show here is just the campaign, hence why there's no options for things like Matchmaking, Firefight or Forge. There's loads of temporary place-holder text, untextured and I don't believe used objects on ONI-Sword Base, one of the shots shows 4 Plasma Grenades being held which you can't do in the campaign, only custom multiplayer games. The squad-mate icons are also more circular, in the final, they're more elongated with rounded edges. I also think the design of the DMR is quite different as well.
Loads of changes from this build to final, makes me question how old this build is...
I also just noticed as well the "Privacy" option on the pause menu. Seeing that on leaked screenshots always has to make me smile.

If i remember correctly he has a shotgun always think carter is holding one too. guess at one point all of them were just holding ARs except for jeorge whos holding the turrent in the alpha shots.
I remember running accross this video during the reach beta days:
It showed off allot of the armor that was and wasn't in the beta. also the rocket hog was in the beta just unused.
Last thing. this is one of the videos i found of the reach beta's "dead purple clones" glitch where dead purple clones would spawn and reveal different helmets:

This one has to be more an Easter Egg than a glitch. Still interesting.
Also lol at the beta spawning people in odd places. I remember when the beta spawned me off the map straight into death pits.

Also, was it ever told why that one part of the pic was blurred out?
EDIT: why won't those damned big images shrink? don't we have that feature?

Armour lock? Perhaps? It does give out an EMP when you come out of it.
The blurred out bit is probably debug information or the more likely the player's name. Or both. There's a few shots like it online.
And the image shrinking is only on the Wiki. Not the forums.

I'm wondering if that first person driving mode was planned but scrapped? it would've been a neat feature and with a little modding it was possiable for it to be done in H3.
