Working Designs' Sega Ages for Saturn wrong audio tracks?

In the manual for the game, it says they omitted the original versions of the songs and only included the remixed tracks, but I just pored over all 15 tracks and they're not to be found.

Was there a mastering error or something, and they accidentally included the wrong tracks? I've downloaded an ISO of the japanese version of Outrun, so I know what music to expect, but it's fully not on this disc...
