Dear Administrators of the website at http://www.x-cult.org:

I represent and write on behalf of an unnamed internet user (hereafter to referred to as "The User"). The User is the soul owner of the "Tanuki-Hat Mario" trademark. The "Tanuki-Hat Mario" is The User's registered trademark in the Unite States, the United Kingdom and many other countries around the world.

It has come to our attention that the website http://www.x-cult.org features a reproduction of this image without authorization or license from The User. The reproduction is included below:

Use of the "Tanuki-Hat Mario" trademark without permission constitutes trademark infringement. Therefore we kindly ask http://www.x-cult.org to respond to our firm in writing by no later than 17.00 on Friday, October 30, 2009 to confirm the following:

* That www.x-cult.org has removed all "Tanuki-Hat Mario" trademarked material.

If our firm does not hear from http://www.x-cult.org by 17.00 GMT on Friday 30, October 2009 please be advised that our firm shall take whatever action is necessary to protect the reputation, trademarks and other intellectual property of the user.
