I need to get someone/get to work on that CGB SDK, I need to figure out how to get the BIOS off the system, maybe some of the tech docs will have details, maybe the color algorithm for colourizing Game boy Games. BTW, Firefox suggests Gamecock as an alternative for Gameboy.

It should be a part of the Gamecube SDK disc.
What would be more interesting to get is a crack for the NitroSDK Codewarrior - the only version available is that old expired one!
