Bah, that IS my server, my parents NEVER use it anymore, I just haven't bothered to associate a domain with it. I just float on that subdomain. I have decent hosting though, so I am happy. Their only condition is that I leave their site up for crap. I had always had plans to do SOMETHING with my subdomain, but just never thought of anything good, so its just a general purpose storage for me now, that is until I think something up.

interdpth asked me to upload the whole December 2001 Gamecube SDK ISO, so I did.

I FINALLLLLLY got around to download stuff, and might I say, I should have started sooner. This is fucking awesome. I have been searching for this forever. This is the rest of what that PSPDevsrc1.zip crap came from. I have also been downloading other craps around, and, I gotta say, for being confidential stuff, there is A LOT out there. A few things elude me though, like the third part of that N64 manual set, the actual programming manual. If anybody has or knows anyone with unaltered SDK Disc's or ISO's, please send those people my way, I am looking for some nice solid sets of documents and tools. (Not really for use, but I am probably going to start documenting this stuff slowly, maybe rewriting articles here and there with the stuff in these kits.)

There might be, floating around somewhere, I may torrent some stuff later, but I'm too lazy to fix my ports so they aren't black listed on UG right now.

This is fucking amazing. Don't bother with: Nintendo 64 N64 DevKit SDK and Manuals.rar, I mean, if you want it, go ahead, but all it is is an incomplete version of N64Manual with some psyq stuff.

exepct drx & unseen64 the whole proto research scene has died out. simularly most the hacking scene (outside 'hurr i used wiimods to make mario jump high lolz') are gone too.

sad as i still remember the days of going from one site about wind wakers lost levels to another about smash bros' debug mode and then jacking off to the huge archive of info on both sonic and xcult, plus the always friendlier sonicretro.

the rise of the 'facebook generation' is mainly to blame. more people would rather write twilight/sonic gay fanfiction than dig up unused material from new and even older games.

Wow, you're cool. Nobody ever does anything anymore. Protos and research and stuff TOTALLY take precident over LIFE. Also, proto's cost MONEY dude. Where do you come off saying all this sort of stuff. Also, you have to realize game developers aren't the idiots they used to be (or rather, development tools are becoming more ... idiot-proof) so it is less and less likely that: 1. Proto stuff ends up in finals, 2. There would even be a way to search for it, and 3. There would be anything really interesting in there. Believe me, proto research goes on, but there is only so much to work with. Leaks are less and less likely nowadays too, and old leaks were a great source of information. Really, don't even get started talking like that. There are things going on, you just don't always see them. Yes it's me segaloco btw, I was just to lazy to login <_<

I do understand that alot of companys have a tighter hold on their work but you have to agree that the 'scene' has slowly vanished the past few years.

Look at the 100's of protos released by drx over at the hidden palace and then look at how much info has been written up on them. I think the only protos of recent years that have had any real research done on them are 'vibes' (rez proto, only one person seems to be fiddling with this one, very well i may add) and the sonic adv dx with the debug mode (which was awesome).

Remember when the proto's of panzer dragoon saga appeared? Resident evil 4 (ok that one has alot of info but it's mostly in german and questionable).

Though there are a small bit of research going on, it's not as big as it once was (remember when this site was active all the time, before the crashes, arrests and hoaxes?)

You have actually done alot, and i respect you for that (and your handsomeness) but you have to admit the glory days are behind us and we can all but wait for a new gen of research and hackers (thanx to the wii that day is slowly getting close, that mario galaxy level editer looks amazing)

Well, another thing is at the moment, the frontpage is rather difficult to log into so I can edit articles. Also, validation is almost at a standstill as none of the people with validation abilities are really around very much.
