What else am I missing?

http://www.dreamcast.../NikscollectionThat's my own modest collection. I'm rather lucky to have some of the things there (particularly the SGGG and Sakura Taisen boxes), but it's not finished yet. I'd still be after Cosmic Smash, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, Guilty Gear X, Last Blade 2, Mars Matrix, Samba de Amigo, Skies of Arcadia, and others, but I just don't have the money to build the collection further at present.

I was recently outbid on a SGGG box set, it ended at $400, so i'm rather envious. Soon after, Play-asia had just the game in the dvd style case for $70. I can live without the pins, t-shirt and diary, I s'pose.Did the L.E. of Under Defeat have the dog-tags? Do any of the volumes of the Dream On Demo-Gd's have anything interesting? I bought a whole heap for a few dollars each and I couldn't make out what was on them from the pictures, but they were cheap so I just went for it. They should arrive this week.

I haven't actually played it yet. It was one of many purchases this year and I've been playing other quality stuff instead (Headhunter, Space Channel 5, Trizeal, Border Down etc). My recollection of reviews at the time labelled it decidedly average, I think, although I could be getting it mixed up with Chronicles of Pern.

Lodoss is kinda like a Diablo/Gauntlet sort of thing. Good time killer. Pern is zzzzzzzzzzz I'm sorry what were we talking about is it time to play the game now? Oh boy, I get to wash my dragon, this is so exciting.

Did I hear Record of Lodoss War?I loved the OVA.Anyway, very nice collection. I'd need to get more Dreamcast games too, but I always end up buying other stuff.The only DC games I have so far are Sonic Shuffle and Mr. Driller. >_>;

Bloody hell, I paid £85 for my Segagaga box set a couple of years ago. I'm surprised the price has shot up that much (similarly so with Border Down, even the regular fetches some serious cash now).My Under Defeat LE came with the game, arranged soundtrack CD, sticker and poster (the latter being the Sega Direct bonus). I hadn't thought it was supposed to come with dog tags, the only DC game I'm aware of that did was Psyvariar 2, and that was the Sega Direct preorder bonus.As for Dream On, there's some interesting stuff on some of them. Volume 4 has a special Christmas-themed Toy Commander level, and a much later one apparently has a trailer for Sega Worldwide Soccer 2001, which ended up being scrapped. Sega Swirl's only official PAL release ended up on one of the demos, too. I haven't noticed anything else save for the occasional minor differences, for example in the Trickstyle and Jet Set Radio demos.

These are all legit copies, ya? Owns my shoddy Dreamcast collection in the face anyhow. Have copies of Soul Calibur, SA2 Anniversary pack and Jet Set Radio though so i'm happy. The majority of other games I have is cheap burnt shit on Tesco 97p CD-R's. =P

A friend of mine has the entire PAL Dreamcast library, and most of the non-PAL exclusives. =P

I haven't noticed any problems, but I got a smaller picture so hopefully that sorts it out. I'll probably change it in a few weeks anyway.

When I purchased the soundtrack individually after I got the standard edition, it came with dog-tags. I thought it would have come with the LE too, but when I checked it wasn't listed and I thought that was odd and perhaps the listing was wrong. Turns out it wasn't.

Of course. Besides the lack of broadband and a home computer (I'm using the one at work). I'm a bit paranoid about missing out on something when the GD data doesn't quite fit on a CD. Also, I'm a bit of a traditionalist, and like my box arts and stuff.

I said stroke my e-penis, not rain on my parade. When you say 'most' non-PAL exclusives, do you just mean just the good ones, or has he got most of the 200-odd love sims, mahjong, horse racing, japan baseball and other weird japanese stuff that's completely foreign to the western sensibility.

Just the good ones I think - I'm pretty sure he doesn't have any of the dating sims and mahjong, for example. I do know he's bought every new Japanese shooter that's come out since DC went onto death row, though.And, uh, sorry for the parade rainage, man =PEDIT: Just asked:[21:34:39] *****: most US exclusives[21:34:49] *****: though not got the sport ones[21:34:59] *****: and then I've got the "highlights" of the Japanese titles[21:35:33] *****: so all the shumups such as Under Defeat, the Bemani games like DDR, Samba De Amigo and Pop N Music, then things like Sega Tetris[21:35:52] *****: works out just shy of 350 DC titles in total iircEDIT 2:[21:41:21] *****: He's got most the must haves I have to say[21:41:36] *****: I prefered Tony Hawks 1 to 2 though[21:41:43] *****: He also needs Tokyo Highway Challenge :D :P
