Seriously? Is there a link?Man, they don't even want you buying these games anymore. They can't even stand having a non-fag name like "WildFire"... well... less faggy than "Secret Rings".

Not that I doubt Sega's ability to be fags, but I fail to see any reason to believe this without a source. Especially since the Japanese site still says Wildfire

Whoops, sorry. Here's the link. If it ends up being false...well, I wouldn't complain.

This may end up being one of those different names for different region things. It's not too common with Sonic, save for a few of the GameGear games, but it's not out of character for Sega. I that article isn't bullshit, my guess would be that Japan will most likely get Wildfire, and the US may get stuck with "Secret Rings". Since Europe almost always gets the shit end of the naming stick, (no offense, just an observation), they may be pretty much screwed on this front.

That better mean the Chaos Rings then, damnit. That, or officially bring in the giant rings = stargate thing the comics love to use, for more than just "gateway to special zone".

What's funny is that neither title really has anything to do with Arabian Nights.Still, Wildfire sounds a hell of a lot better than Michael Jackson's Secret Rings.

well, maybe they made the guy remove it, and did not change the 'wild fire' site because they plan on changing it once again. 'secret rings' probably slipped out of a sega employee's mouth or something.
