Green Hill esqe level suposed to be in Shadow? Maybe, speculation included

Does anyone else think that there was supposed to be in Shadow? Because I remember reading a preview for the game and it said that they played in a more realistic Green Hill like level (Said to have aligators). Not to mention that the CG of Shadow walking through the forest doesn't fit any of the levels that it comes after (Prison Island? Cyrptic Castle?). I think they were planning a Green Hill level but they either didn't have the time to put it in or they didn't feel it fit with the game's atmosphere. So they canned it, but kept the CG because it probably took them a while to make those. Also, in the first trailer when you see Shadow walking up to your screen he's in a level with trees and some dull grass; I don't remember there being a level like that in the game.

That part of the CG is in a cinema scene during the game. It is not a playable level.

GO CHOKE ON YOUR OWN BLOOD plz.[/quote]I hope you're being as sarcastic as Mad Echidna was (because the didlo comment made me laugh my ass off).If you're serious, though, rest assured if there WERE any trace or evidence of a Green Hill esqe level in ShTH, someone would indeed have said something about it... either that or it will turn up down the road, but as it stands I've yet to see one and I haven't personally heard anything about one.
