I consider this either a beta or release candidate because it is horribly buggy in a few areas, and it has a few debuging features that I doubt will be in the final. Hope this find is of some significance.
Edit: That beta is a multi-12, and I found another saying it is multi-5, so they could be 2 different builds. http://www.mininova.org/tor/2000598 I have yet to try this one yet.
