Not sure how old this is and how relevant but seems interesting:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2NAdBsTUKA&NR=1Using a glitch a player was able to get Young Link into Gerudo Fortress. He is not allowed in their during normal gameplay. This section of the game is still there when you're allowed into the fortress as Adult Link, but the Heart Piece isn't there. The author of this video also says that the chest in Gerudo Fortress which actually contains a Heart Piece as Adult Link contains an Odd Mushroom instead when playing as Young Link.
Found it interesting, if it's old, let me know and I'll get rid of this topic.

Disregard my comment, I was thinking this was the "beta" heart container. Quite interesting to see, actually.

They made a new forum for everyone, I'll post the link later (Is at school). So yeah, I'll try to gather every discovery they made so we could archive them here.

That would be goddamn awesome. I especially loved their unused actor discoveries. A lot of their work is definately X-CulT material!

Yeah, I was was pretty surprise to see that there wasn't any of their discoveries in X-Cult.
This place used to be big about any beta infos, I'm not sure what happened here.

Actually, I researched this years back when x-cult was just SC:OT. Something else interesting is, if you hover over the fence into the desert base, the guards will catch you if they spot you, and throw you over the edge of the waterfall. Impossible to get unless you gameshark. (To my knowledge)

Actually, I heard it's possible to get there without cheating. From what I've read, if you backtrack through the Wasteland (whatever the fuck it was called, it's been a while since I played it...), you can make it to the gate of the Gerudo Fortress as a kid. You would have to be able to know exactly where to go through the desert though, or else you'd just get sent back to the beginning.
I haven't exactly tried this myself, but I don't see why this wouldn't work.

There's one problem with that: you need the Hover Boots to cross the Wasteland. And since kid Link can't use those boots, you can't go anywhere.

If you guys watch the tool assisted speedruns, you can get there without a gameshark. It's some really nice glitchery put into play there.

There's two variations of the backflip glitch BSF mentioned. One requires bombchu, the other just requires Nayru's Love, shield and bombs.
For the better, 'mega flip' (the one where you only need NL, shield and bombs) you use Nayru's Love, place a bomb, take a step back, equip the shield and guard, wait for the explosion and then back flip. If you did it correctly, you'll fly backwards really far. This glitch works on every version of OOT including revisions.
The older, much harder for smaller rewards glitch; "Bombchu hover" is done by pulling off 2 glitches at once. First you need to pull off an old glitch where you plant a bomb, stab it and try to pick it up at the same time while crouching until you pick the bomb up, drop it when you do (do not throw). Then quickly take a step back and guard before the bomb detonates to avoid damage. If you get hit, you have to retry until you get it right. Then find an edge, hold Z and move backwards to get to the very edge, you wont fall off a cliff if you keep going. Equip the slingshot and hold down the C-directional button for the slingshot. *Don't let go of any buttons and quickly backflip, release the C-button for the slingshot, then equip the bombchu, hit R. Now let go of the Z button and continue the same action from the * in the previous sentence over and over. To stop, just backflip normally or side-hop and then press B to cancel out the 1st glitch triggered. Just make sure something's under you at the time.
As Adult Link, it's a bit easier. You must have the Hoverboots equipped. Now do the same crouch, stab and pick up glitch on the bomb, pick it up, drop it and guard, walk up to cliff edge like before, you still wont fall off if you keep walking backwards. Now, walk backwards, backflip and deploy bombchu with R. If done correctly, you'll now be floating mid-air like as Child Link. Once you're in the air, release the Z button like before.
There's also a 'mega jump' glitch as Adult Link but I've never got it to work.

Well, despite you being able to do these things via glitches and such, it's still very much leftover material =)
I have a lot of carmageddon work to do, but maybe I can get into zelda64 a bit later. Unless someone has access to it at the moment....

Zelda 64 pretty much has it's own community dedicated to ripping it apart and putting it back together. Look up the "Utility of Time."
