Alright you fucktards, I've got an opportunity for you guys I don't think you should pass up.

As you may have known SAGE has been going on for the past week at http://www.sagexpo.org/ (I'm running it). Besides possibly the best game (demo) lineup we've had, there have been so many events and special guests I have to make a list:

-Eric Iwasaki (A veteran developer from Naughty Dog. Worked on shaders and stuff.)
-Chris Senn (You guys should know who this is)
-Richard Wheeler (Worked on Sonic Xtreme)
-Lee Brotherton (Dreams of an Absolution, EGGMAN Remix, Sonic Rivals soundtrack, etc)
-Richard Jacques (We did an audio interview of this guy, composed Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic R, Mass Effect, Head Hunter, SEGA Superstars Tennis, some songs for Jet Set Radio, a mix of Dreams Dreams on the new NiGHTs game, and most recently music for Sonic Chronicles.)
-Mike Pollock (We held a trivia gameshow over the SAGEcasts with him acting out in character while the winners of our trivia challenged him, it was freaking fun.)
-Ryan Drummond

You can get transcripts and times via the SAGE site.

Saxman finally released ProSonic, Stealth released a new build of E02. Tons of fangames to check out as well.

Basically, Howard Drossin will be appearing in the channel Friday night at 12EDT. This will be an excellent opportunity for you guys to get off all those deep dark questions about possible Michael Jackson involvement in Sonic 3, or his possible work on a soundtrack for Sonic Xtreme.
Jun Senoue is also theoretically stopping by Friday to say hi.

You can get there by our IRC channel:
irc.rizon.net
#sagexpo

Edit: I'm assuming this board is ok because it is, despite the plugging, research related.
P.P.A.
Since the front page continues to call Sonic CD's Rounds "Zone"s, adding that word to their name ("Wacky Workbench Zone") despite the fact that they're called Rounds which doesn't show in their name however as they're solely called by that ("Wacky Workbench" and that's it), I will continue to ignore this SAGE thing. >:O

Likewise. It just seems to appear looking like "I'm gonna put my fan character in this game and call it Sonic's Rushed adventure to the world of fusion" or something like that.

Something as trivial as that is going to make you pass up an interview with Howard Drossin? If it's THAT big of a deal we'll start clipping the zone out, but honestly.

Person above: I suggest you check out Mario Roots, Emerald Ties, Mecha Madness, or E02 and shhhhhhhh. :3

It is a big if you're such an overly pedantic fanboy as me. :p

Also what, was that Wonderman always there? Instant evaluation I guess.
GrandMasterJimmy
Jun Senoue? Maybe?

JIMMY IS HAPPY :D

So you're no longer a BAN DODGING PEICE OF ASS THAT NEEDS TO BANNED? Congratulations I guess.

Also Shadix, I'll stick to Sonic 1 Megamix if i'm to play a fangame, or a hack of any kind to be honest. I played Sonic Robo Blast 2 for like, 20 seconds and wondered "Why the fuck would i even follow the progress, or even play it more".

Wow, those games suck big time. That Emeral Ties thing looks awful. I mean, you take the time to put a "game" together... why not putting more than 4 frames of animation of your goddamned main character?

I won't comment on the playability side of those games because there's not

The only half decent thing was Sonic Nexus thing. Which of course is a bunch of ripped sprites and not a new game with new art. But at least the ripped sprites are used with a bit of taste

Wow, that site was the first to stall Firefox 3 on my barely month old Dell 2GB business tower system.

Ironically, i knew i had good reason to keep on firefox 2. It supports my current set of Add-Ons and from the looks of it, functions more than FF3? Fasterfox gives me faster speeds / cache saving/loading so I'd have little reason to get FF3.

tl;dr, get FF2 again faggot. :P

I felt the need to quote how retarded this post makes you look.

Richard Jacques ...and most recently music for Sonic Chronicles.

wait wait wait, WHAT?! Jacques is doing the music for Chronicles? I may actually buy it solely for that fact... I guess I'll have to unpack my DS.

Damn, I wish I had known about this thing before it happened... did Drossin actually contact?
FlashTHD
Here's a version of it with the shit filtered out for those who missed it. The concensus is that it was massive failure until Chris Senn stepped in.
Eric Wright
damn, if it was massive failure, im almost afraid to read it then out of embarrassment. I'd love to have gotten a chance to talk with him, but I can only imagine some of the stuff thrown at him that he probably has no fucking clue about (sonic fan-games, intricate and elaborate knowledge of shit he did like almost 15 years ago)...
Overlord
Someone said "your voice makes me cum" to him.

No, I'm not joking.
Turbohog
I remember that. I'm pretty sure a lot of us facepalmed right then. But I was listening to a SageCast later, and apparently Shadix sent him an email with links to a bunch of "his" music. He didn't recognize any. Not even Lava Reef.
