This is no bullshit. I've known about this one since my website EmuCult. I just remembered it out of the blue. The game is Front Mission: Gun Hazard (J) for SNES/Super Famicom.

If memory serves, those lyrics are taken from an answering machine message from some British neo-nazi organization, so the person who put it in could have also been a Neo-Nazi, who knows.
