In addition to whats listed above theres also that Aiwa Mega CD boombox thing, who knows if that has a unique BIOS. If you have a CD BIOS dump not listed here please do post it!
Notice I'm also listing a MPR part # for one of the BIOSes, this is the one I own. My goal would be to have the MPR #s for all these. So If you have a sega cd/mega cd etc.. Id appreaciate it If you could dump the BIOS and share it's BIOS ROM markings. If you cant dump then just the rom markings is fine too (but without a dump you don't know exactly which BIOS they belong to).

I recently noticed that the Mega CD 2 JPN bios is on the utility disc for the ToToTek Mega cart. However, the files on the ISO arn't stored in a PC readable format. So I Opened the ISO in hex workshop and extracted all the BIOS ROMS. The ISO contained A set of Model 1 and Model 2 BIOS ROMs, I compared the extracted ROMs to the widely available versions. And indeed they were hacked, the Genesis/Megadrive region lockout was 4E75'd out, otherwise they were identical to already available versions (except mcd2 jpn ofcourse). Luckily the checksums wern't fixed. Checked the extracted mcd2 jpn ROMs checksum and indeed it fails. I then opened the ROM up in hex workshop and changed the 4E75 in question back to 6602 and saved, the checksum now passes, voila~ a good dump.. So here it is,

credit should likely go to Tomy from ToToTek for this dump, i'm just spreading it.

Also, apparently a Wondermega 2 and X'Eye BIOS were being traded privately via PM/email on the ToToTek forums here (arrghh!!). If any of you guys wanna get in touch with them please do. I want that Wondermega 2 dump (maybe the x'eye dump as well, if its different than the one I just dumped).
