For many years, Sonic Cult was part of a much larger community. We all had our differences. But love or hate a member of this community you are bound together by something larger. So much so that you stay through the bad. For many years Leigh Walsh, aka Wetflame shared this community with us. He had a lot of enemies, and a few friends. But he was bound to us by our common love. He was a fan, even if his views differed.

Leigh Walsh was tragically lost due to a car crash. An embarrassing way to go for sure, but that was Leigh. He was viewed as an irritation, but he was himself. No matter how low everyone's opinion of him got, he never stopped being who he was.

So we bid ye farewell Leigh/Wetflame. We may not have gotten along. But you were real in a world of fakes. Rest in Peace.
